George is a Partner in the International Tax Services department of PwC Cyprus. He is responsible for the US market sourced business of the firm providing tax advisory services to both listed and privately held US multinational corporations across various industries. He has broad experience in advising US headquartered clients on cross-border transaction structuring utilising Cyprus including initial setups, entity rationalisations, IP and financing structures and as part of the M&A deal lifecycle, from pre-deal due diligence and structuring through to post-deal integration.
George is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). He is also a member of the tax committee of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA).
