Petros Krasaris is a Partner in International Tax and Transaction Services at EY Cyprus, where he leads the firm’s International Tax and Transaction Services practice and serves as US Geography Leader. He has over two decades of experience advising multinational groups, investors, and private equity firms on cross‑border tax structuring, transaction tax, and international investment strategies involving Cyprus.
Petros works closely with US‑based clients on establishing and scaling operations in Cyprus, focusing on governance, transparency, and regulatory alignment in an increasingly high‑trust global environment. His expertise spans tax aspects in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, IP and financing structures, and international tax reform developments, including Pillar Two.
He is an active member of the Tax Policy Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus, contributing to the development and implementation of international and EU tax policy.
