Nicky Xenofontos is the Founder and Managing Partner of N. Xenofontos LLC, a boutique Cyprus law firm specialising in corporate and commercial law, international trusts and estates, insolvency and restructuring, intellectual property, and regulatory and compliance advisory.
She holds an LL.B (Hons) and LL.M in EU (Commercial) Law from the University of Leicester, UK, and is a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP). Nicky currently serves as Chairwoman of STEP Cyprus and Deputy Chair of STEP Europe, where she actively contributes to the development of the international trusts and private wealth profession and the promotion of professional standards across jurisdictions.
She is also a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer accredited by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. Her practice focuses on international trust structuring, succession and estate planning, corporate structuring, and AML, sanctions and regulatory advisory, regularly assisting high-net-worth individuals, family offices and corporate groups on complex cross-border matters.
Nicky is a co-author of the book “Trust Laws in Cyprus: An International Perspective” and frequently speaks at international conferences on trusts, private wealth structuring, compliance and emerging regulatory developments.
